When you pay for a project, you own everything: the code, the domain, the hosting, the passwords. It ships to your account, not mine. The Care Plan is separate and optional. Either way it is yours.

I do not promise vague things. I give you a launch date in writing. If I miss that date and it is my fault, the following week of work is free. If the site or store is not delivered on time, I pay the cost, not you.
Frequently asked questions
Does the client really own the code?
Yes. With the final payment you get the full source code, the domains, and the hosting access. Transferred to your accounts. You own it, period.
What happens if the site breaks?
Without a plan, it is on your side to fix or hire someone. With the Care Plan I monitor it, get alerted, and fix it within your tier response time. Your site stays up because it is backed up.
Can I cancel the Care Plan anytime?
Yes. It is month-to-month. Cancel and the site keeps running and stays yours. You keep the backups you received. The plan is optional; the ownership is not.
How long does a project take?
A landing: 7 days from the conversation. A premium website: 14 days. An e-commerce store: 21 days. A custom AI agent or tool: 4 to 8 weeks depending on the details. I give you a real schedule with the quote, and I ship it in pieces so you see progress.
Do you work with my type of business?
If you are a small or mid-sized business that needs a site, a tool, or an automation, yes. I have built for clinics, creators, and service businesses. I ask first what actually breaks in your daily work.
Is my data safe?
I only store what the project needs. Backups live on your hosting or on secure storage you control. I do not sell data and I do not keep passwords. You hold the access; I use it only while the project runs and I hand over everything at the end.
What if I do not want you to maintain it later?
Totally fine. You own it, so you can keep it with a freelancer, your team, or even with no one. I hand over the whole thing: code, hosting, a short handover note. No fights, no retentions.
